Onze internationale scuba duik staf geeft je duik les volgens Europese scuba duik veiligheid standaards, maar in lekker warm water met beeldschone koralen en vissen !! Wij zijn de enige Padi 5 sterren (IDC) duik school die hun duik boot hebben liggen aan het mooiste strand van Lanta, Pra Ae (of wel Long Beach) en die je rechtstreeks vanaf dit strand naar Koh Ha en Koh Phi Phi brengen.

Ons zwembad is de zee, direct voor het duik resort. In ons groene seizoen gebruiken we een zwembad in een van onze resorts. Dus je hoeft niet elders heen te gaan, we hebben alles hier: het tropische eiland, strand, zee, beeldschoon duiken en mooie resorts !

Door kleine groepen, beeldschone, langzame duiken met ervaren Padi gidsen, hoge kwaliteit duik cursussen (waar je ook iets leert), plezier & gezelligheid, spannende zaken, professionele staf en duiken op een veilige en natuurvriendelijke wijze, proberen wij uw duik vakantie meer waarde te geven. Onze staf vindt duiken geweldig en lesgeven ook en wil jou graag laten zien, waarom het duiken speciaal hier zo geweldig is !

Duik Trips

Onze snelle grote boot, Lila, vertrekt direct vanaf het strand voor het Lanta Palm Beach Resort. We vertrekken rond 8.00 uur ‘s ochtends naar Koh Bidas, Koh Phi Phi en Koh Ha en rond 7.00 uur ‘s ochtends naar Hin Daeng en Hin Muang, Koh Rok, Hin Luang, Hin Malay, Koh Yung Pinnacle, het King Cruiser Wrak, Shark Point Phuket en Anemonen Rif.

Het zijn hele dag trips, dus je bent terug op Koh Lanta in de namiddag. We vinden het belangrijk dat de dag lekker relaxed en gezellig is, dus we gaan jullie en ons niet haasten. Op deze manier, kunnen we je dan ook een relaxte, veilige en gezellige dag op de boot waarborgen. We splitsen onze duik groepen op naar gelang van duik ervaring en proberen de duik groepen klein te houden, zodat al onze duikers een perfecte onder water ervaring heeft. 250 AWARE Divers and AU$2500 Raised For Conservation

September 2010 – Palm Beach Divers, Koh Lanta, Thailand gives regular donations to underwater conservation so far raising over AU$2500. Since January 2009 the Palm Beach team has inspired 250 individual divers to make a gift for underwater conservation.

Ingelise K. Bier, PADI Course Director at Palm Beach Divers said, “We organize Project AWARE cleanups throughout the year, have a mooring program, and a Shark AWAREness Specialty Program. Inspiring divers to donate to such a worthwhile nonprofit is another great way we can give something back to the marine world. We are proud to support Project AWARE Foundation.”

Waarom moet je Lanta Palm Beach Divers kiezen voor jouw duik carrière ?

Je zult merken wanneer naar werk zoekt in duiken, dat je vergelijkbare zaken tegenkomt als in het “normale leven”. Je toekomstige werkgever zal je aannemen op je Curriculum Vitae (werkervaring en training), jouw interview (telefonisch, per email of in persoon) en op je karakter. Ik denk dat je zelf wel weet wat jij graag zou willen zien (wanneer je zelf gaat duiken of een Padi duik cursus doet) in jouw Padi Dive master of Padi Duik Instructeur. Het was super relaxed, zeer goed georganiseerd en verzorgd. Je hoeft zelf niets te doen. Op de boot krijg je lekker eten en zoveel te drinken als je wilt. Je doet je spullen aan en met een paar stappen lig je in het water en ben je in een andere wereld. De divemasters zijn erg attent en letten goed op. De service is een 10. Onder water is het hier erg prachtig er is zoveel te zien, je hebt ogen te kort. De meeste vissen die op de plastic kaarten staan, zie je hier ook. Kortom: een 10 voor Palm Beach Divers. We waren hier vorig jaar November ook al, aan het begin van onze trip en nu weer aan het einde van onze trip. De dagen op de boot en in het water waren heerlijk. Dear Palm Beach Divers, we would like to thank for 10 days of fun & pleasure ! We joined you for 210 hours under water, we have had 336000 liters of air, 168000 liters of Nitrox and unknown amount of beers at night in San Sunset Bar or at the dive center. We enjoyed the boat trip and introduced Thor into "ice-cube-diving"...We especially want to point out the flexibility of Lisa's dive planning and the deciscion to have 2 dives at dive sites with mantarays !! Remarkable as well was the 40rd birthday party for Lisa. We have been honored to be invited and had a lot of fun ! A good party as well was the "snorkeltest" from the new Padi Divemasters and our new Nitrox diver Tom. We enjoyed the show and felt like part of the staff. We had a fantastic and surprising time under water and above- I wasn't even certain I was diving when we arrived for a vacation and I ended up doing the full Padi Open Water Course with Pan as my Padi instructor. My most memorable moments were seeing the crazy colours of the octopus and sea turtles and having Pan spot things when I was sure nothing was there-especially the cuttlefish ! Also he pushed me off the boat, to do my swimming test to shore and gave me his shirt, so that the "aggressive plankton" did not eat me on the way. Goes without saying, Lisa has been our "rock" for the whole vacation. Thanks guys !!

My "diving story" began 5 years ago when we arrived on Koh Lanta intending to stay for 4 days, but ending up staying for 5 weeks ! Steve was one of the first customers and, from the first meeting with "fello Essex man" Lee on the beach, to meeting Lisa & Lars and their other staff, we were made to feel like friends and very welcome. Steve completed his Padi Open Water and Advanced Open Water Courses, while I, with my enormous fear of Open Water couldn't even go onto the boat ! We returned in April 2009 to a lovely warm welcome, some familiar faces along with some new friends to make ! Steve quickly embarked on dives and this time I was "brave enough" to try snorkelling. Heidi was very reassuring during all 6 snorkelling trips and make me wonder why I had left it so long before looking into this amazing underwater world ! Back at Christmas 2009, with Zoe and Tom, who took to diving as quickly as their dad. I remained snorkelling. Finally in February of this year (2010) I made the decision that I wanted to learn to dive - and there was only one place that could teach me- Palm Beach Divers ! So we returned in April, Steve ready as ever to get back into the water and myself - very nervous ! I need not have been: everybody was so encouraging from my first day in the classroom, to my first step into open water. Remco has to be one of the most patient and encouraging teachers I have met. Despite my numerous attempts at the mask removal task, he kept encouraging me and telling me I could do it. Lisa's time and patience also with the mask task, was very much appreciated. Hi Lisa & Lars, I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank everyone at Palm Beach Divers - and especially Levke- for teaching me how to dive. Obviously I know there is an awful lot that I still have to learn and master, but the 4-day Open Water course I've just finished has given me a real desire to go on and dive some more - which i guess is what it's all about really!!! I honestly believe I'll come back to Palm Beach Divers again when I'm next in Thailand and want to dive around the islands of the Andaman Sea...... Thanks again for a fabulous time.

het was hier fantastisch, leuke behulpzame staf en mooie duiken gemaakt. We komen zeker terug, maar wanneer...!!! The diving has been great. We have seen from Manta's till nudibranch. The guideshave a great eye to find the special underwater environment. They have been verry helpfull diving the whole weeks.

We saw a whale shark on our very last dive (secret garden) for our Koh Lanta trip. A fantastic ending to 5 days of fun diving. Apologies if my boys gave Palm Beach Divers a major headache underwater! Thumbs up to your dive operation, very good job done!

Even in pretty rough conditions, PBD ran a smooth operation and we had a cool dive. Saw some huge potato grouper and some peackock grouper as well nudibraches and lobster. Thanks to Hendrik for all the support and cheer!
